1. Membership Levels
- In the Loop (Free): 1x entry on open giveaways; access to limited event listings in weekly guide.
- BLK in the City Pass (Monthly): up to 2x entries on open giveaways; access to select VIP-only giveaways; full event guide access; premium discounts.
- BLK in the City Pass (Annual): up to 5x entries on open giveaways; access to select VIP-only giveaways; full event guide access; premium discounts.
2. Giveaways
- Giveaway eligibility and number of entries are based on membership tier.
- Some giveaways are open to all subscribers; others are exclusive to Pass members.
- Winners will be contacted using the email provided during subscription.
- Giveaways are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to partner rules.
3. Discounts & Perks
- Discount codes, perks, and offers are only valid for active members.
- Discounts vary by partner and may change or expire without notice.
- Higher-percentage discounts apply to Pass members (monthly and annual).
4. Content & Access
- Some articles, guides, and features are locked and available only to paid members.
- Free members receive limited access to event listings.
- Sharing locked content outside of BLK Chicago is prohibited.
5. Payments, Renewals & Cancellations
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Members may cancel at any time; access remains active through the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds are not issued for partial billing cycles.
6. Changes to Membership Benefits
- BLK Chicago may update, adjust, or discontinue membership perks at any time.
- Members will be notified of material changes by email or via the membership page.
