By becoming a BLK in the City Pass member, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Access
- Your membership grants you access to exclusive perks, giveaways, discounts, and insider content as described in your plan.
- Memberships are non-transferable and may not be resold.
2. Conduct & Integrity
- We expect members to act with respect toward our team, partners, and community.
- Any unethical, abusive, or fraudulent activity (including misuse of discount codes, giveaway manipulation, or harassment) may result in immediate cancellation of your membership without a refund.
3. Payments & Renewals
- All memberships are billed in advance and automatically renew unless you cancel before your next billing date.
- Payments are non-refundable, including partial periods after cancellation.
4. Giveaways & Promotions
- All giveaways and promotions are subject to official rules provided at the time of entry.
- Attempts to cheat, create fake accounts, or manipulate outcomes will result in disqualification and may lead to membership cancellation.
5. Changes & Updates
- BLK Chicago reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership perks, benefits, or pricing.
- We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Continued membership means you accept the updated terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
- BLK Chicago is not responsible for partner offerings, cancellations, or third-party services.
- Membership does not imply endorsement of individual member views or businesses.
